Abstract

With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology, the infringement problems involved in the generated content of AIGC have attracted much attention, especially copyright infringement, unfair competition and anti-monopoly, and infringement of trade secrets. In order to effectively solve many problems in theory and practice, it is necessary to start from the operation principle of AIGC, deeply explore the root causes of AIGC infringement problems, and improve the risk source management mechanism, build a work management mechanism, improve the evidence collection mechanism, build an integrated governance mechanism and other measures. At the same time, make full use of blockchain technology, expert assistance system and other ways to effectively control the infringement of AIGC generated content.
