Abstract

This study takes private college teachers in Wuhan as an example, combines organizational support, job characteristics and other related theories to study the influence factors of dedication, and proposes corresponding enhancement strategies based on them. The results of the study show that private colleges and universities need to improve the above three aspects in order to enhance teachers’ dedication when conducting management.
