By analyzing the relationship between ESG information in analyst reports and firm value, this study seeks to provide insights for investors and companies on the potential impact of incorporating ESG considerations into financial analysis. And the research proposal’s contribution lies in providing insights into the relationship between ESG information in analyst reports and firm value, addressing contradictory findings, evaluating disclosure quality, examining investor perception and manipulation concerns, and highlighting the need for improved ESG disclosures.
