Abstract

With the booming economy and technology, people's demand for clothing has also shown a trend of diversification and personalization, which has led to the emergence of many innovative start-ups in the market. This paper aims to provide reference and inspiration for the development of emerging clothing start-up companies by studying the growth process of well-known clothing brands from zero to one, as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by recent high-profile start-up brands. This paper analyzes the development history of well-known enterprises such as Nike, ZARA, Anta, Lululemon and other brands in the early stages, and discusses the key factors and strategies for their success in the market competition. Meanwhile, it also pays attention to the problems faced by start-ups such as MAIA Active and SHEIN, including supply chain management, marketing, brand positioning, etc., and proposes some solutions. Finally, it discusses the industry trends and future development directions, and provides guidance and suggestions for their long-term development planning.
