Abstract

In the new era, the supply side structural reform has further adjusted the market economy structure, resulting in a significant reduction in labour-intensive positions. On the contrary, the positions related to digital economy has increased. Under the context of supply side reform, the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship are more innovative, with younger talents and fewer start-up funds. However, the practical contradiction between supply side reform and innovation and entrepreneurship is more prominent. This article proposes the suggestions of cultivating comprehensive talents, enriching educational resources and improving guarantee mechanism to provide new paths for innovation and entrepreneurship practice in the context of supply side reform.
