Abstract

Sustainable development is an imperative goal in today's world, as we grapple with the complex challenges of climate change, resource depletion, and socio-economic inequality. This paper explores the role of economic policies in promoting sustainable development. It emphasizes the need for a holistic approach that balances economic growth with environmental protection and social equity. The paper examines key policy areas, including renewable energy, circular economy, responsible consumption, and social safety nets. By analyzing successful case studies and policy frameworks from around the world, this paper provides insights into the strategies and initiatives that can drive sustainable economic development. It underscores the importance of policy coherence, international collaboration, and stakeholder engagement in creating a resilient and sustainable future.
