Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology and the advancement of digital transformation, financial technology and innovation have received widespread attention around the world. This article conducted a systematic search on the Web of Science (WoS) database and used scientometric analysis methods to select 116 research papers retrieved from 1900 to 2023. And use Vosviewer and Bibliometrix software to visualize the paper data. The results show that this research topic has shown rapid growth from 2017 to 2023, and four groups of keywords, including digital transformation, digital economy, financial technology, and e-commerce, have contributed the most to the research. Among the subject countries, China, the United States, and the United Kingdom are the most important in this field.
