Abstract

Introduction/Main Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of career development and work discipline on the performance of PT Biro Arsitek and Insinjur Sangkuriang employees. Background of the Problem: Based on research at PT Biro Arsitek and Insinjur Sangkuriang, the performance fluctuations indicate that performance is not optimal. Research gaps/Novelty: In the author's research, different objects with different analysis techniques exist. The analysis technique uses structural equation modeling techniques with partial least squares tools. With things that are different from previous research. Research Methods: This research uses quantitative methods and descriptive analysis through surveys as a data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 48 PT Biro Arsitek and Insinjur Sangkuriang employees. Hypothesis testing uses structural equation modeling analysis techniques with partial least squares tools. Findings/Results: Based on the test results that have been processed, namely, there is an effect of career development on employee performance, and there is an effect of work discipline on employee performance. Conclusions and implications: This study shows the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT Biro Arsitek dan Insinjur Sangkuriang. So that the results of this study can help PT Biro Arsitek and Insinjur Sangkuriang to increase employee performance levels.
