Gray Prediction and Development Analysis of Yingkou PORT’s Throughput

Abstract

With the promotion of global economic integration, the international logistics industry is developing rapidly, and port logistics is booming. As an important part of China’s comprehensive transportation and national defense construction, the port is an indispensable infrastructure for economic development, opening to the outside world and trade. Port of Yinkou as “area” strategy in China, the only one in the “zone” and the “road” on the port, is China’s domestic manchuria trans-siberian railway transit connect Russia recently, volumes of business’s largest port, is also our country away from the nearest port in Russia. This article mainly USES the SWOT analysis method in strategic management of port of Yinkou established internal conditions to conduct a comprehensive and detailed analysis, combined with the actual and the characteristics of the industry has been clear about the port of Yinkou strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities. At the same time, based on the grey prediction model to predict port of Yinkou port throughput in the next few years port logistics development prospect is promising. At last, some Suggestions about the development of Yingkou port are put forward, and it is hoped to have some reference value for its future port planning.
