Research on the Evaluation of Supermarket Chain Agricultural Products Supply Chain Performance Based on Improved FCE

Abstract

In the context of rural revitalization, it is important to study the performance evaluation of agricultural products supply chain. Based on previous research, this paper refers to the more typical and advanced fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in supply chain performance evaluation, considers four aspects: customer, logistics, finance and information, establishes the corresponding evaluation index system, adopts the more common factor analysis method in objective assignment to calculate the weights, uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the agricultural products supply chain of RT-Mart, and proposes to promote Based on the evaluation results, we propose three suggestions to improve the performance of agricultural products supply chain.
