Abstract

This study aims to describe service quality and user satisfaction, and customer satisfaction helps to identify hypotheses about service quality. Relationship between perceived service quality and service user satisfaction. This research method uses a simple random sampling method. This sample uses up to 30 respondents who are service users CV. AK, consisting of two variables with 54 questions. The data analysis technique used Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 25 for Windows computer software with a simple linear regression method. The results of this study give an overview of service quality and service user satisfaction at a very high level. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction level of service users.
