Abstract

A high company value will convince the market of the firm’s potential as well as its existing performance. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and leverage on the value of pharmaceutical sector companies in 2017–2021. This study uses panel data regression with the help of the eviews10 program. The conclusion from this study is that simultaneously CR, ROA and DER have a positive and significant impact on firm value. However, partially ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while CR and DER have a negative and significant effect on firm value.
