Abstract

This research aims to create a strategy to increase sales and get the maximum profit from traditional foods produced by MSME DD Tape Uli. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis through an approach to internal (IFAS) and external (EFAS) factors. The results of the research that has been carried out have very significant strengths. With the results of the observations that have been made, the use of quality raw materials can convince consumers of the product, and the opportunities that are owned can be utilized as well as possible to help increase sales results. Formulation of alternative strategies that have been prepared in accordance with the results of observations and data analysis to be able to help reduce the deficiencies and threats faced by DD Tape Uli MSME.
