Abstract

Innovation is regarded as being essential to a company's long-term competitiveness. Based on the theory of upper echelons, concretized into Business Leadership Style and A Knowledge-based Theory of the Firm (A theory based on corporate knowledge), specifically transformed into intellectual capital to assess the impact of prefixes on innovation processes in enterprises in Vietnam, this paper analyzed the influences of Entrepreneurship Leadership Style and intellectual capital on Process Innovation. Empirical research results show that the entrepreneurial leadership style and intellectual capital have a positive impact on process innovation in enterprises.
