Abstract

In the era of the rapid emergence of the digital economy, digital transformation is a new driving force for the high-quality growth of China's national economy, and also one of the important driving forces for the innovation of enterprises. However, the existing literature focuses on the specific areas of digital transformation, and there is no theoretical analysis framework for the study of the connotation, drivers, whether, how, and what value is created by digital transformation. Focusing on the existing literature, this paper develops a theoretical analysis around the issue of digital transformation and enterprise value creation, forms a theoretical analysis framework of enterprise value creation based on digital transformation, and gives a research outlook.
