With the Chinese government’s high attention to aviation science and technology and the injection of a large number of important resources, China’s aviation industry is booming. Under the current market background, the efficient and low-cost aerospace industry has become the core factor for Chinese airlines to enhance their global competitiveness. At the same time, PDCA cycle is a theoretical model of quality control management, and has made some achievements in the application of quality management in many fields.
