Abstract

Centrally, the role of environmental auditors in supporting a sustainable environment produced through competency certification bodies needs to be studied from the perspective of their norms. The research method used is normative juridical. The results showed that environmental auditors as one of the instruments for preventing pollution and/or environmental damage are certainly able to support development by applying the principle of environmental insight as accommodated in Article 33 paragraph (4) of the 1945 NRI Constitution.
