Abstract

Modern enterprises how to introduce and use marginal analysis management accounting tools, from the perspective of professional centralized management business, in the production of loss products, product parts are homemade or outsourcing, from product design, process technology, staffing, auxiliary consumption, equipment and production line layout, production organization, quality control, and according to the cost of production process, so as to reduce product cost, improve profitability, for enterprise decision to provide strong support.
