Digital Maturity: Theory and Models Applied to Businesses in Vietnam

Abstract

Factually, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for businesses in the world as well as in Vietnam. However, to gauge the extent of businesses’ digital transformation, we need to know how digital maturity is. This article introduces the concepts of digital maturity, the relationship between digital maturity and digital transformation, as well as digital maturity assessment models that already exist in the world, and offers a model that can be applied in Vietnam.
