Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the impact of the application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on the company‘s business processes on the company‘s performance. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review. The results of the research show that the implementation of RPA is mostly done in the financial sector. This research is limited to the impact on the company‘s internal environment from the operational side. This research is expected to be useful for researchers who want to conduct research related to the implementation of RPA in various segments of business processes, as well as information for business actors who want to know about RPA.
