Abstract

This study investigates how innovation culture and transformational leadership affect organizational performance in Vietnam’s real estate sector. Building on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities, an integrated model linking organizational resources, technological capabilities, innovation culture, transformational leadership, and organizational performance is tested.
