Abstract

This paper explores the issues and corresponding countermeasures in the management of fiscal deposits by local financial institutions. By analyzing the organizational structure and fiscal deposit operation mode of local financial institutions, it points out the main problems such as management system defects and weak monitoring mechanisms. In response to these issues, this paper proposes specific countermeasures to improve the management system and strengthen the monitoring mechanism, with the aim of enhancing the management level of fiscal deposits in local financial institutions. The research shows that optimizing the management system and enhancing monitoring efforts can effectively solve the existing problems and promote more efficient and standardized operations of local financial institutions.
