Hogyan érezzük magunkat a munkahelyen?

Abstract

A MORI kutatása bizonyítja, hogy a munkavállalók harmada (67%) úgy érzi, a stressz általános velejárója a munkahelynek, melybõl 58% úgy véli, rosszul is kezeli azt. Kinek a feladata lenne, hogy a helyén kezeljék a foglalkozással járó stresszt? A mai magyar munkavállaló mit gondol a legfõbb stresszforrásnak az állásával kapcsolatban? Vajon a nõk és a férfiak másként élik ezt meg? Mit lehet tenni, hogy oldjuk ezt?
