Abstract

A Szilícium-völgyben és a világ nyílt tudásalkotó közösségeiben a szenvedélyes tehetségek már írják az üzletelés és a vezetés új játékszabályát. Ezek az új játékszabályok szerteágazóak, és mint ilyenek a szervezeti mûködés számos komponensét szövik át. Publikációmban egy Szilícium-völgyi kutatás eredményein keresztül ezekre az új játékszabályokra, valamint a szenvedélyes tehetségek inspirációjában való megjelenésükre koncentrálok. Ennek a cikknek nem egy primer, saját kutatás bemutatása a célja, hanem sokkal inkább az, hogy olyan szervezeti jelenségekre világítson rá, amelyek, ha ma még szûk körben is tapasztalhatóak, de a közeljövõben sejthetõen a világ számos vállalatában fogják átformálni a vezetés tradicionális gyakorlatát.
