A controlling Magyarországon különöstekintettel a KKV szektorban

Abstract

A mikro, kis- és középvállalkozások (KKV) kiemelkedõen fontos szerepet töltenek be a magyar gazdaságban, hiszen a mûködõ összes vállalkozásból 99,9%-ot ez a szektor képvisel. Az Európai Unió is kiemelt figyelmet fordít a KKV-k gazdasági szerepének erõsítésére, valamint a mûködési feltételeik javítására. A dolgozat röviden ismerteti a controlling kialakulását és szerepét Magyarországon, megvizsgálva, hogy a controlling kis- és középvállalkozásnál hogyan alkalmazható és milyen lehetõségeken keresztûl segítheti az üzleti célok elérést. A dolgozat befejezõ része a kutatás eredményeinek felhasználása alapján egy lehetséges KKV pénzügyi tervezési módszert ismertet.
