Etikai idealizmus és relativizmus – egy empirikus kutatás eredményei

Abstract

Kutatásunk során azt vizsgáltuk és arra kerestük a választ, hogy miként vélekednek az emberek egyes, az üzleti élethez kapcsolódó morális kérdésekrõl. Ennek mérésére D. R. Forsyth által kifejlesztett Etikai Pozíció Kérdõívet használtuk (EPQ) Kutatásunkat kilenc országban (Magyarország, Szlovákia, Románia, Szerbia, Horvátország, Finnország, Észtország, Lengyelország és Csehország) hajtottuk végre. A berékezett adatokat leíró és következtetéses statisztikai módszerekkel vizsgáltuk. Többek között azt kutattuk, hogy a mintában szereplõ válaszadók elkülönülnek-e a vizsgálatba bevont független változók mentén.
