Miért buknak el a vállalatok?

Abstract

Mi mással foglalkozna a közgazdaságtan – a makro- és mikroökonómia egységében – mint a vizsgált gazdasági egységek (országok, vállalatok stb.) anyagi jólétével? Mégis minden jószándék ellenére azt láthatjuk, hogy egyes nemzetek vagy vállalatok hatalmas sikereket érnek el, prosperálnak, míg mások a szegénységgel vagy a csõdhelyzettel viaskodnak. Az alábbi írás azt állítja, hogy az elsõ pillantásra nagyon eltérõ nemzeti és vállalati szintek problémája vagy sikere ugyanabban gyökerezik, egy közös tõrõl fakad. Ez pedig nem más, mint az elosztás kérdése – pontosan az a terület, amely az elmúlt csaknem háromszáz évben nem kapott kellõ figyelmet a magunkfajta szakemberektõl sem.
