Intern kommunikáció jellemzõinek vizsgálata empirikus kutatási eredmények tükrében

Abstract

Jelen tanulmány az intern (belsõ) kommunikáció jellemzõit, csatornáit, funkcionalitását vizsgálja. Az elméleti modellek, empirikus vizsgálatok ereményei alapján a XXI. századi kutatatók számára nem kérdés, hogy a megfelelõen menedzselt belsõ kommunikáció a vállalati siker egy lehetséges indikátora. Kérdés, hogy ezt a tényt mennyire ismerték fel a vállalatvezetõk, miként csapódik le a tudatos, vagy kevésbé tudatos kommunikációmenedzsment eredménye az alkalmazottak értékítélete alapján. Nem reprezentatív kutatási eredmények felhasználásával jelen tanulmány célja, annak bemutatása, hogy milyen sajátosságokkal írható le az intern kommunikációs gyakorlat különbözõ alkalmazotti létszámmal bíró vállalkozások körében.
