Abstract

Az ISO 9000 szabványcsalád elemeit számos szervezet alkalmazza mûködésének átfogó menedzseléséhez. Segítségével folyamatok szerint racionálisan felépített, rendszerszemléletû mûködés valósítható meg. A gazdálodó szervezetek eredményessége nagy mértékben függ attól, hogy milyen gyorsan és hatékonyan tudnak reagálni a tevékenységükkel érintettek igényeire. Ez jelentõsen megnövelte a szervezet mûködését befolyásoló döntések súlyát és kockázatát. Az elõadás a döntési kockázatok integrált irányítási rendszerek alkalmazásával történõ kezlésének tapasztalatait világítja meg és vázolja további fejlesztésük lehetõségét.
