A kis-és közepes vállalkozások (KKV) menedzsment és HR sajátosságai magyarországi régiókban - az életciklus modell tükrében

Abstract

Magyarországon a politikai és gazdasági átalakulások lehetõvé tették a rendszerváltás után, hogy vállalkozások nagyszámban jöjjenek létre. A vállalkozások hozzájárultak a foglalkoztatottság növeléséhez, munkahelyteremtéshez, befolyásolták a mindenkori GDP eredményét. Kiállták a különbözõ gazdasági és politikai változások kihívásait, és mind a mai napig nagy számban vannak jelen a magyar gazdasági életben. A kutatás három idõszakot ölel fel: a vállalkozások megalakulásának idõszakát; a megerõsödési folyamatot; és az EU-csatlakozás utáni helyzetet elemzi. A kutatásban 112 vállalkozás vett részt az ország összes régiójából. A részvétel hét régióból, 19 megyébõl és a fõvárosból történt, a földrajzi környezet reprezentálja az országos helyzetet. A továbbiakban ismerkedjünk a kutatás elméleti hátterével, az életciklus modellel, annak legfontosabb következtetéseivel a válaszadók információi alapján és a statisztikai módszerek feldolgozásában bemutatjuk a felmérés legfontosabb jellemzõit, megállapításait és következtetéseit.
