A kompetencia elv alkalmazása a vállalati kiválasztási módszerekben

Abstract

A mû a kiválasztási módszerek és a kompetenciák kapcsolatával foglalkozik. Választ keres arra, hogy a vállalatok vezetõi hogyan értelmezik a kompetencia fogalmát, mennyire tartják fontosnak a munkaerõ kiválasztás azok alapján történõ végrehajtását. Az ennek során használt módszerek közötti választás tudatos, vagy inkább szubjektív szempontok, hagyományok, vállalati kultúra által meghatározott. A megállapítások, egy folyó, gyakorlati kutatás részeredményei. A téma kiemelt jelentõségû, hiszen a kiválasztási folyamattal, annak módszereivel kapcsolatos kutatások ritkák. Ezzel szemben gyakorlati fontossága vitathatatlan, mivel a szervezetek eredményességének oka, a tartós versenyelõny egyetlen forrása az ember. Ez pedig olyan kiválasztási módszerek használatát követeli meg, amely a szervezeti hatékonyságon túl, a dolgozók elégedettségét is biztosítja.
