Abstract

By 1943, the NAM had reached high gear in its post-war planning. The first results of its policy planning apparatus, which bore traces of the internationalist philosophy of the liberals, were quickly disseminated just as the liberal planners flooded the nation with their own, government-led versions of a post-war America.
