Abstract

The papers by Ballance and Pugel are solid contributions and clearly reflect a great deal of work. The fact that the papers are so well done made them a joy to read, but difficult to discuss. My solution to this ‘problem’ is in two parts. Before making some detailed comments on both papers, let me start with a general observation.
