Abstract

For you personally it is important to understand your role in the processes around ambidexterity: 1) architect or 2) project manager. At the organizational level the process challenge is the most important one: Does your organization differentiate in innovation processes between exploitation projects and exploration projects? If not, the architect for ambidexterity has to initiate changes at the organizational level to avoid failure for both individual project leaders and the organization as a whole.
