Abstract

In the New Normal, nothing good comes easy or fast. Goals are elusive, circumstances unpredictable, and choices difficult. Failure is a constant companion—those who lead may give their best, even sacrificial effort, only to fall short. Many lose heart in the face of disappointment and delay. Doubt and skepticism, fear and frustration, and anxiety and ambivalence abound. In this operating environment, the virtue-mix of faith, hope, prudence, and courage found in Dynamic Determination is at a premium.
