Abstract

This chapter provides coverage of the drivers of risk culture and how to identify strengths and weaknesses. In particular, it will show – the influences on risk culture, − how risk culture can be evolved, − signs of strength and weakness in risk culture, − how to challenge the risk culture to ensure hot spots are managed.
