Abstract

This chapter extends the basic exercise you worked through in chapter 7. Using the same dataset, we address here some of the further relevant practical issues discussed in previous chapters. The core issues are accompanied by Excel templates, some of them with fully detailed walk-through instructions, and others with more general guiding. The Excel templates, as well as the files with complete solutions, may be downloaded from the book’s website.
