Abstract

There are various forces that drive changes within government and public sector organizations, which impact the business operations and its information systems. There are external and internal forces of change. The drivers of change affect how governments and public sector organizations conduct their business. Changes in the business operations may require changes in how technology is being used to support the business. These may be minor or major changes to the existing information systems or may need to implement new systems.
