Abstract

YOU NOW HAVE A COMPLETE background and understanding about the myth of your working life, the need for a new approach to work, and the specific ways in which the changing conditions of work make it an urgent responsibility to go beyond your job description to address the hidden curriculum of work. In this environment where average is over and the fast, changing, and relentless pace of work makes it increasingly hard to find your way through the hidden challenges of work, you need a compass.
