Abstract

The term capitalism carries a long history of human exploitation and for a long time, in general, has been omitted from speeches, although it is accepted the existence of a system that in fact is valid and current with important variations (Jay & Jay, 1986; Tormey, 2012). Weber (1978) defines the spirit of capitalism as the set of elements that inspire ethical entrepreneurs on their shares in favor of capital accumulation. Thus, capitalism establishes a new moral relationship between people and their work.
