Abstract

While Argentina stands alongside Brazil as one of South America’s leading countries, unlike Brazil, the direct investment it receives from Japan in both monetary value and number of enterprises is quite insignificant. Among the firms that were the subjects of this study, however, are some that were of significant interest in terms of quality. Reflecting the modest investment from Japan in Argentina in both scale and number of enterprises, the number of firms covered in this study is limited. On the other hand, it can be said that the study’s coverage of prominent companies that made inroads into Argentina’s market is significant.
