Abstract

So far, we have explored the mental illnesses and personality disorders that can rear their head in the workplace. We have also examined the nature of these conditions and how they might manifest themselves in a workplace setting. But how does a manager identify the illness or illnesses that their staff may be most susceptible to? Is it possible to consider the context of any particular business and identify if there is a higher risk of one particular illness? The indications seem to suggest that the answer to this question is yes.
