Abstract

If you are setting up an Internet business you will have heard about mobile Commerce (mCommerce). This chapter discusses mCommerce and the Wireless Application Protocol. It details what they are, the services that they will enable and the roles that your business could play in mCommerce.There is a brief snapshot of the status of mCommerce and a discussion of the future developments that will shape this market.
