Abstract

Consider the costs of one thousand bad decisions or the gains from one thousand good decisions at any given time. Some decisions are major, such as making a move to acquire a company, and some are relatively small, like revamping a policy in an effort to improve employee morale. The cumulative impact of all these decisions is enormous.
