The Last Word

Abstract

If you’re anything like my students at the Harvard Business School, you are probably looking forward to this “last word” much as they anticipated my final lecture. It’s a kind of “wrap up,” a commentary on what the course (in this case, the book) is all about, and how the theory can be applied to real problems executives face in their human relations.
