Abstract

The world economy of today presents an aspect of coexistence and peaceful economic competition between two different social systems. This is a self-evident and fundamental fact. Another feature of contemporary economic relations is the number of young sovereign states which are entering the world arena after having achieved the political conditions necessary for independent economic development.
