Abstract

Future economic growth raises for the developed nations of the world many questions, some of which have recently been the subject of heated debate [13].1 The theory of long-term planning seeks to clarify these questions in such a way that irreversible decisions about the future are taken in the best possible conditions. Hence it is a very important activity for those countries which are most advanced on the road of material progress.
