Abstract

El objetivo de este ensayo es presentar las metodologías más comunes para evaluar el impacto de diversos programas o tratamientos. Si bien estas metodologías son más comunes en el sector público que en el privado, en general estas propuestas son aplicables a varios campos del sector privado, como responsabilidad social y recursos humanos, entre otros.
