Abstract

El presente documento describe los detalles del mecanismo CRPAO, que fue diseñado por el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones conjuntamente con actores del sector público y privado, como un título negociable en el mercado de valores, que permitía a los inversionistas obtener el financiamiento necesario para la ejecución de los proyectos, sin necesidad de otorgar garantías adicionales.
