Abstract

Se presenta la visión estratégica de los ejes "transversales" que fue diseñada en el país y la importancia de la alianza estratégica Perú-Brasil. Se examinan los conceptos articuladores de la visión estratégica del Perú sobre la integración física sudamericana que están ligados a la globalización, así como los principales avances realizados en la puesta en ejecución de los ejes IIRSA y lo que falta por hacer.
